For a limited time, our Hero trampolines have the option to upgrade to a lifetime warranty on the frame, jumping mat, springs, spring pad and safety net for $59 when purchasing your trampoline (valued at $300). The Jumpflex® trampoline warranty policy covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process.

Terms and conditions
• This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all parts necessary to ensure your trampoline is in proper working condition throughout your life.
• Cover includes: any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process
• Cover excludes: any faults caused by lack of maintenance, acts of nature, weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear. External sources such as theft, fire damage, cuts or vandalism are not covered.
• This warranty does not cover misuse or minor imperfections in trampolines that meet design specifications or do not materially alter functionality.
• Not transferable - all warranty claims must be made by the person who made the original purchase of the trampoline from Jumpflex.
• Must show proof of purchase / order number and include photos showing the suspected defect
• Jumpflex reserve the right to determine whether to repair or replace the trampoline
• Valid for purchases on or after 9 May 2022
• This warranty does not cover Jumpflex accessories
